Bankamızın takipteki krediler portföyünde yer alan;

- 7 Temmuz 2025 tarihi itibarı ile toplam anapara ve akdi faiz bakiyesi 755.902.112,83 TL olan; kredi, kredi kartı, destek kredisi, çek hesabı, taksitli kredi, kredili mevduat hesabı alacakları ile bunlara bağlı masraf hesabı ve diğer alacak türündeki tahsili gecikmiş alacakları faizleri ile birlikte, 160.000.000,00-TL'ye  Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş.'ye,

- 8 Temmuz 2025 tarihi itibarı ile toplam anapara ve akdi faiz bakiyesi 755.686.865,95 TL olan; kredi, kredi kartı, destek kredisi, çek hesabı, taksitli kredi, kredili mevduat hesabı alacakları ile bunlara bağlı masraf hesabı ve diğer alacak türündeki tahsili gecikmiş alacakları faizleri ile birlikte, 142.000.000,00-TL'ye  Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş.'ye,

olmak üzere iki ayrı portföy halinde, toplam 302.000.000,00 TL bedele satılmıştır. Bilgilerinize arz ederiz.

Our Bank has sold its non-performing loan portfolio receivables arising from loans, credit cards, general purpose loans, cheque accounts, commercial loans, overdraft loans and all other related receivables and expenses together with the interest amount;

- in the total principal and contractual interest amount of TL 755.902.112,83 as of July 07, 2025, to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for a total consideration of TL 160.000.000,00,

- in the total principal and contractual interest amount of TL 755.686.865,95 as of July 08, 2025, to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for a total consideration of TL 142.000.000,00,

in two separate portfolios for a total consideration of TL 302.000.000,00.

*In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
