UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH BAIN CAPITAL CREDIT AND SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Cesena, July 24, 2018 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Trevifin") hereby informs that, as already disclosed to the market in the press releases dated May 30, June 8, June 28 and July 18, 2018, negotiations are currently ongoing with the potential investor Bain Capital Credit ("BCC") who submitted to the Company a new request to extend the exclusivity period until July 29, 2018, accepted by Trevifin.

The Company also announces that, in light of the information currently in its possession, the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Trevifin convened for July 27 and July 30, respectively in first and second call, will be held in second call.
