DUE TO RECENT EVENTS IN ITALY, THE DATE OF EXECUTION OF THE SECOND PART OF THE CLOSING OF THE OIL AND GAS DIVISION'S DIVESTMENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED BY 10 DAYS
Cesena, March 10, 2020 – Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") the Company announces that, contrary to what was communicated on February 28, 2020, the second part of the closing of the sale of the Oil&Gas Division to the Indian group MEIL will not be executed by today's date.
The postponement of the execution date of the second part of the closing, agreed with the MEIL group, has become necessary following the recent events that have affected the whole Italian territory.
As of today's date, it is expected that the second part of the closing can be executed by next March 20
