DIMISSIONI SINDACO EFFETTIVO E SUBENTRO DI UN SINDACO SUPPLENTE

Cesena, 16 novembre 2018 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto che, con comunicazione pervenuta in data 15 novembre 2018, il Dottor Giancarlo Poletti, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni, con effetto immediato, dalla carica di Sindaco Effettivo ricoperta nella Società per motivi di carattere personale. Ad esso subentra, ai sensi di legge e di Statuto, il Sindaco supplente Dott. Stefano Leardini.

RESIGNATION OF AUDITOR AND TAKEOVER OF AN ALTERNATE AUDITOR

Cesena, November 16th 2018 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, with notice received November 15th 2018, Mr. Giancarlo Poletti, has resigned, with immediate effect, from the position of Auditor held in the Company for reasons of a personal nature. The Alternate Auditor, Mr. Stefano Leardini, will replaces Mr. Poletti, in accordance with the law and the By-laws.
