TPK 公告 2019 年第二季自結營運成果
中華民國，台灣，台北，2019 年 8 月 5 日 – TPK Holding Co., Ltd. 宸鴻科技（TWSE: 3673）（“宸鴻” 或 “本公司”）今日公告 2019 年第二季自結營運成果。本季自結稅後淨 利為新台幣 5 仟 4 佰萬元，稅後稀釋每股淨利為新台幣 0.13 元。2019 年上半年合計自 結稅後淨利為新台幣 7 仟 9 佰萬元，稅後稀釋每股淨利為新台幣 0.19 元。
營運成果分析
本公司第二季自結合併營收為新台幣 284.5 億元，較去年同期成長 59.9%，主要係智慧 型手機及平板電腦出貨量較去年同期大幅增加所致，惟受到新舊產品轉換期及季節性因 素影響，本季營收較上季減少 8.7%。儘管相較於前一季，第二季產能利用率較低且產 品組合較為不利，但受惠於生產良率提升及有效成本控管，本季營業毛利率由上季的 3.9%略增至 4.2%。
在銷售成本結構方面，受到良率提升及產品組合改變，第二季原料成本占營收比重為 80.9%，較第一季 82.0%略為減少；受惠於有效成本控管，本季人工成本佔營收比重為 5.5%，較上季 5.7%略為降低。此外，本季折舊攤提費用金額與前季相當，惟因淡季營 收規模下降，使折舊攤提費用佔營收比重由第一季 6.1%增加為第二季 6.6%。
本公司第二季營業費用為新台幣 12.1 億元，較上季新台幣 10.9 億元略為增加；受到淡 季營運規模下降，公司本季營運成果約略在損益兩平，第二季營業淨損為新台幣 1 仟 4 佰萬元。本季淨利息費用約為新台幣 5 仟 7 佰萬元，較上季 8 仟 6 佰萬元減少。第二季 認列外幣兌換利益約新台幣 1.1 億元。截至 2019 年 6 月 30 日止，本公司員工總人數為 22,902 人。
資本結構及資本支出
截至 2019 年 6 月 30 日止，本公司帳上現金餘額及按攤銷後成本衡量之金融資產合計 為新台幣 243.0 億元，較第一季底新台幣 229.1 億元增加。本季資本支出約為新台幣 10.1 億元，主要係購置奈米銀相關新設備。截至第二季底本公司銀行借款餘額為新台幣
