Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 November 2017, each of the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 13 September 2017 were duly passed on a show of hands. For Resolution 6 the Company counted the votes of the independent shareholders (excluding the concert party) as well as all shareholders.
