Director - Purchase of Shares

Touchstar plc ("Touchstar" or the "Company"), specialists in real time data capture and mobile computing solutions for the retail, logistics and transportation sector announces that it has been informed that on 18 December 2019 Ian Martin, Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 shares at 30 pence per share and a further 60,000 shares at 35.5 pence per share. 

Following these purchases Mr Martin and his wife hold 805,250 shares in the Company representing approximately 9.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
