Director/PDMR Shareholding

Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed today that, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 857 shares at  price of 65 pence per share.

The Company has been advised of a dealing by Lynden Jones on 10 February 2026 which was inadvertently omitted from the announcement released on that date. The omitted transaction relates to the purchase of 30,752 ordinary shares at a price of 65 pence per share.

Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 386,875 shares in the Company representing approximately 4.9% per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
