The Board of Touchstar plc ((AIM:TST) 'Touchstar', the 'Company' or 'the Group'), announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website.

Touchstar's Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 June 2017 at 9.30 a.m. at the offices of Touchstar Technologies Ltd, 7 Commerce Way, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1HW.
