Investment in Till Payments

Touch Ventures Limited ( Touch Ventures or the Company ) is pleased announce that it has entered into agreements to make a A$5.0m investment into Till Payments Global Pty Ltd ( Till Payments ).

Till Payments is an Australian founded and headquartered payments fintech company which provides a single-source solutions platform enabling its customers to accept payments on any device and wherever consumers shop, be it online, in-store or a combination of both.

Founded in 2012 by Shadi Haddad (CEO), Till Payments has a team of 143 employees across Australia, London, Manila and the US. It currently serves hundreds of merchants across 12 countries and over 500 cities and has an active strategy to expand further into the US and European markets.

The investment in Till Payments is the Company’s 6[th] investment under its core investment strategy.

The investment will be made through a convertible note, which is an extension of the $110m Series C funding round undertaken by Till Payments in October. Funding will be used for Till Payments’ accelerated innovation agenda and its expansion into the US, the UK and New Zealand.
