Change of Company Secretary

Touch Ventures Limited (ASX:TVL) ( Company ) advises that Ms Alyn Tai has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 1 March 2026.

Mr Franco Venter, who currently serves as Touch Ventures' financial controller and public officer, has been appointed as Company Secretary, and person responsible for communications with ASX in relation to listing rule matters for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, with effect from 1 March 2026.

Mr Venter is a Chartered Accountant with experience across audit, financial reporting, internal controls, corporate finance and advisory services. He has supported ASX-listed and private entities in relation to governance, financial oversight and transaction-related matters. Mr Venter previously held roles at Deloitte.

Mr Venter is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting.
