Chief Financial Officer Departure

Touch Ventures Limited ( TVL or Company ) advises that Mr Gerard Pais, CFO and Investment Director, will cease employment with the Company on or around 15 April 2024 to pursue other opportunities.

The Board would like to acknowledge Mr. Pais’ efforts since joining the business in October 2020, and wishes him all the best for the future.

The finance-related duties of Mr Pais’ position will be managed internally by the Company.
