ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

2024 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Touch Ventures Limited (ASX:TVL) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am (Melbourne time) on Tuesday 7 May 2024 , at Thomson Geer, Level 23, Rialto South Tower, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.

The Company will accept nominations for the position of director at the 2024 Annual General Meeting until the closing date of 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on Friday, 15 March 2024.
