2022 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Touch Ventures Limited (ASX:TVL) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am (Sydney time) on Thursday 28 April 2022 .
Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
The Company will accept nominations for the position of director at the 2022 Annual General Meeting until the closing date of 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 18 March 2022.
This announcement has been authorised for release to the ASX by the Touch Ventures Board of Directors.
