CHANGE IN CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Toubani Resources, Inc ( ASX: TRE ) (“ Toubani Resources ” or the “ Company ”) advises that the Company has relocated all administrative, financial and information technology services to Australia and will seek redomiciling of the Company to Australia following approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on September 1st, 2023.

As part of the transfer of these activities to Australia, the Company's Canadian based Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Paul Bozoki will cease CFO duties. The Board of Toubani Resources would like to thank Mr Bozoki for his valued contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Company has engaged Automic Group, in Perth, to perform all financial and Company secretarial services. In conjunction with this appointment, Mr Aaron Gates of Automic Group, will assume CFO responsibilities.

Mr Aaron Gates has over 15 years’ experience as CFO and Company Secretary of public listed companies. He is a Chartered Accountant, has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Curtin University) with majors in accounting and business law and completed a Diploma of Corporate Governance. Prior to working for public listed companies he worked in public practice in audit and corporate finance roles.
