CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL

Windimurra Vanadium Limited (ASX: WVL) advises that the consolidation of securities on a 1 for 8 basis, approved at the General Meeting held on 26 February 2013, has been completed.

Details of securities on issue are now as follows:

Issued Capital Post Consolidation 19,284,366 Shares

Dispatch of holding statements advising shareholders of the consolidation will occur on 14 March 2013, as per the consolidation timetable.

The Company’s securities will remain in suspension until the Company’s recapitalisation proposal has been completed.
