Dear Shareholder

TITANIUM SANDS LIMITED – 2026 GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Titanium Sands Limited (ASX:TSL) (TSL or the Company) will be holding a General Meeting at 11:00am (AWST) on Thursday 18 June 2026 at Level 8, 216 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 (the Meeting).

Shareholders are encouraged to complete and lodge their proxies online or otherwise in accordance with the instructions set out in the proxy form and the Notice. Your proxy voting instruction must be received by 11:00am (AWST) on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.

Questions should also be submitted in advance of the Meeting as this will provide management with the best opportunity to prepare answers in advance to Shareholders questions. However, questions may also be raised during the Meeting.

In accordance with the provisions under the Corporations Act 2001 (Act), the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of General Meeting (Notice) to Shareholders, unless a Shareholder has previously requested to receive a hard copy.
