Conclusion of Institutional Investment
Titanium Sands Limited (“ TSL ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the institutional investment by Bulk Commodity Holdings, LLC ( “ BCH” ), a US-based institutional investor, as announced to the market on 11 May 2022, whereby BCH made a lumpsum prepayment for $535,000 worth of shares in TSL.
The parties have now mutually agreed for the Company to satisfy its obligations to BCH in full by way of a cash payment of $535,000 and an issuance of 10,575,000 shares to BCH.
TSL is pleased to have had BCH’s support during a difficult time in the global markets and BCH’s investment served as an important bridge in TSL’s cash flow requirements.
