Titanium Sands Limited (ASX: TSL) – Trading Halt (2+2)

Description

The securities of Titanium Sands Limited (‘TSL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TSL, pending it releasing an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 22 September 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Titanium Sands Limited – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Titanium Sands Limited (“Titanium Sands” or “the Company”) hereby requests that the ASX grants two (2) consecutive trading halts of the Companies securities, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the trading halt last from receipt of this request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 22 September 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

The Board of Directors of Titanium Sands Limited authorised for this announcement to be given to ASX.
