The SPP Offer will only be available to eligible shareholders as at the record date of 21 September 2020. Eligible shareholders can apply for a minimum parcel of shares of $2,000 to a maximum parcel of shares of $30,000.

The SPP Offer is being made to eligible shareholders as at the record date of 21 September 2020 on the same terms as the Placement announced on 22 September 2020. The SPP Offer will be issued using the Company's existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1 capacity, as such the Company will not be relying on ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plan) Instrument 2019/547.
