PROSPECTUS – EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

Titanium Sands Limited (“ Company ”) refers to the supplementary prospectus issued by the Company on 21 June 2018 and the prospectus dated 29 March 2018 (together referred to as the “ Prospectus ”). The Board has resolved to extend the Closing Date for acceptance of applications under the Prospectus to 21 September 2018.
