COMPLETION OF PLACEMENT – TRANCHE 1

Windimurra Vanadium Limited (“ Company ”) is pleased to advise it has raised $180,000 under Tranche 1 of its Placement issuing 25,714,289 at $0.007 per Share. Funds raised will be used for general working capital.

The Shares issued are to remain unquoted pending determination of ASX escrow upon the Company’s re-compliance with Chapters 1 & 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.

The Company intends to raise a further amount of up to $300,000 to be used for general working capital.
