I refer to the announcements released on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) Announcements Platform on 17 May 2010, 24 December 2010, 28 March 2011, 2 August 2011, 28 December 2011, 2 April 2012, 15 June 2012, 29 August 2012, 14 December 2012 and 22 March 2013, 30 May 2013, 27 September 2013, 30 December 2013, 30 April 2014 and 30 May 2014.

Extension of Reconstruction Deed

I advise that on 6 June 2014, the Deed Administrators have, as requested by Trident Capital Pty Ltd (Trident), extended the outstanding conditions precedent in the Reconstruction Deed from 6 June 2014 to 30 June 2014, to allow Trident further time to complete.

We understand from Trident that the capital raising was successful, however additional time is required to attend to the final conditions precedent to the recapitalisation.
