Extension of Reconstruction Deed

I advise that on 14 December 2012, the Deed Administrators have, as requested by Trident Capital Pty Ltd (Trident), extended the outstanding conditions precedent in the Reconstruction Deed from 31 December 2012 to 31 March 2013, to allow Trident further time to comply with certain conditions imposed by the ASX for the proposed reconstruction to proceed further.
