SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The securities of Windimurra Vanadium Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation at the commencement of trading on 11 February 2009, at the request of the Company, pending the outcome of negotiations surrounding a possible capital raising.

VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

I confirm that Windimurra is currently in a trading halt pending a further announcement.

The circumstances that required the trading halt still exist. Windimurra is still negotiating a possible capital raising, the outcome of which will be announced when known.

In these circumstances Windimurra hereby requests that at the end of the trading halt ASX grant to it a voluntarily suspension pending a further announcement.

Windimurra is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
