Appointment of Dr Wolf Martinick as Non-Executive Director

The board of Precious Metals Australia Limited ("Company") are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Wolf Martinick as a Non Executive Director of the Company.

Dr Martinick is an environmental scientist with more than 35 years experience in the resources industry and has been involved with mineral exploration and mining projects around the world, especially Australasia, southern, central and northern Africa, China, India and parts of the former Soviet Union

Dr Martinick is Chairman of Weatherly International Limited, an AIM listed mining group with extensive copper mining and smelting interests in Namibia, a Non-Executive Director of Sun Resources NL, an ASX listed oil and gas exploration company. Executive Chairman of Ezenet Limited, and a Director of Uran Limited.

Dr Martinick has a BSc (Agric) and PhD form the University of Tasmania and in 1978 he formed MBS Environment Pty Ltd, a well regarded environmental and social consultancy company to the mining industry in Australasia. He is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
