RECRUITMENT OF KEY PERSONNEL

The directors are pleased to announce that the company has begun to recruit key personnel required for the management of its 100% owned Windimurra vanadium project.

Mr Brett Foster has been retained as Project Manager. Mr Foster, a qualified engineer and metallurgist, worked at the Windimurra mine for six years. He started at Windimurra in 1999 as plant technician, working as Process Metallurgist from 2001 to 2003 and was registered mine manager until handover of the project to PMA in August 2005.

As part of his employment conditions, Mr Foster will be issued up to 400,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company. During the first year of employment, 100,000 options will be issued at the end of each 3 month anniversary of commencement, with an exercise price equal to the average closing price of the shares over the 10 days prior to issue of the options.

Mr Foster's experience in operating the Windimurra plant will be of considerable value in the reengineering of the operation, which will take account of any past operational difficulties and opportunities for improvements in process efficiency, output and cost reduction.

The company has also recruited Mr Athol Whalan, formerly a shift supervisor at Windimurra, and Adeline Morrissey, formerly an environmental scientist working at Windimurra.
