Annual General Meeting Details and Closing Date for Nominations
Titanium Sands Limited (ASX:TSL) (“TSL” or the “Company”) confirms its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 13[th] November 2025 (Meeting). Further details will be advised in the notice of Annual General Meeting that will be provided to shareholders and released to the ASX in due course.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director at the Annual General Meeting is Thursday 25[th] September 2025.
Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Thursday 25[th] September 2025.
