This innovative avatar will serve multiple roles, acting as a teacher, parent, and friend to promote learning engagement through a naturalistic approach. By motivating students to take a greater interest in their studies, this development promises to revolutionize the field of education. There is no joint venture agreement(s), which will impact the management and control of listed entities which are binding and not in normal course of business:

Significant terms of the agreement (in brief) special rights like right to appoint directors, first right to share subscription in case of issuance of shares, right to restrict any change in capital structure etc.	We are not expecting any operational control on the USA company “Polyverse LLC”.
