1. Approved allotment of equity shares by way of conversion of Convertible equity share warrants.

Allotment of 57,00,000 (Fifty seven lakhs) Equity shares to the below list of allottees, on conversion of "convertible equity share warrants" into "equity shares" as full amount on 57,00,000 (Fifty Seven lakhs) convertible equity share warrants has been received.
