Tecnoinvestimenti S.p.A.: The Board of Directors approves the guidelines of a Phantom Stock Option Plan
Rome, May 31, 2016. Tecnoinvestimenti announces that in the meeting hold today, the Board of Directors has examined and approved the "Guidelines of a Phantom Stock Option Plan" addressed to senior executives with strategic responsibilities in the Company, including its executive directors.
The amount of Phantom Stock Option Incentive Plan provided for the aforesaid Plan will be equal to n. 500,000 virtual shares and the plan will be developed over a period of medium to long term.
The Plan will be governed by a specific regulation whose approval is expected within the next three months.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GROUP

The Sales and Marketing Solutions business unit, through the recently acquired company Co.Mark, offers solutions and tools for accompanying small and medium-sized companies towards geographical expansion beyond the border.
