TINEXTA FINALIZES THE CLOSING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE FRENCH COMPANY ABF GROUP THROUGH ITS SUBSIDIARY WARRANT HUB
Rome, January 18 2024. Following the press release of January 11, 2024, Tinexta S.p.A., a leading company in Digital Trust, Cyber Security and Business Innovation services, announces that it has completed, through its subsidiary Warrant Hub S.p.A. ("Warrant Hub"), the closing related to the acquisition of 73.9% of the share capital of ABF Group S.A.S. ("ABF Group").
The transaction was completed in line with the terms of the agreement, announced on December 14, 2023, specifically with the payment of a total amount of 72.5 million euros, paid by Warrant Hub S.p.A. in cash.
This transaction strenghtens the international presence of the Tinexta Group and allows Warrant Hub, already present in France with Euroquality and in Spain with Evalue, to position itself in the European market as one of the few operators supporting innovation and business growth. It aims to promote its innovative services in France, as successfully tested in Italy, and strengthen expertise in the field of public funding for innovation and sustainable development. In addition, this transaction will provide the opportunity to expand their respective offering, particularly that of ABF Group, by integrating Warrant Hub's unique skills, creating synergies and knowledge exchange between Italy, France, and Spain.
