TINEXTA: FINALIZED THE ACQUISITION OF 65% OF ASCERTIA LIMITED, A UK BASED COMPANY LEADER IN CRYPTOGRAPHIC SOLUTIONS AND ATURE TECHNOLOGIES
The acquisition delivers a substantial new global channel for InfoCert's products and services as the Group continues to expand
Rome, July 20, 2023. Following the announcement to the market of January 18, 2023, Tinexta S.p.A., leading company in Digital Trust, Cyber Security and Business Innovation, listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment, announces that today its subsidiary InfoCert S.p.A. has completed the purchase of 65% of the share capital of Ascertia Limited according to the terms previously announced. The consideration of Euro 21,4 million1 was paid by InfoCert in cash. Ascertia Limited is a leading player in the Digital Trust sector headquartered in London, with offices in the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.
The international presence of the Tinexta Group is therefore strengthened, reaching new markets via Ascertia's customer base and partner network and by integrating their well-proven Public Key Infrastructure and Electronic Signature products which complement InfoCert's existing Digital Trust solutions.
