The Company has been notified that Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund - Amalgamated Investments SICAV plc has disposed of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to which voting rights are attached. Consequently, as of 14th September 2017, the holding of Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund – Amalgamated Investments SICAV plc in the Company fell below the 5% threshold to 3.55%.
