The Company announces the receipt of a notification of major holdings from Mapfre MSV Life p.l.c. (Maltese company registration number C 15722) of The Mall, Triq il-Mall, Floriana, Malta. By virtue of the notification, the Company was notified that on the 21 October 2024 the proportion of ordinary shares and corresponding voting rights held by Mapfre MSV Life p.l.c. in the Company was reduced from 35.46% to 0%.
