The Company has been notified that the combined shareholding held in the Company by HSBC Bank Malta plc (i) as Sub-Custodian of Deutsche Bank (Malta) Ltd as Custodian of HSBC Malta Funds SICAV p.l.c. and (ii) as Custodian of HSBC No-Load Funds SICAV p.l.c has reduced to below the 5% threshold. The shareholding held in the Company by HSBC Bank Malta plc as Sub-Custodian of Deutsche Bank (Malta) Ltd as Custodian of HSBC Malta Funds SICAV p.l.c. is 0.006%, and the shareholding held in the Company by HSBC Bank Malta plc as Sub-Custodian of Deutsche Bank (Malta) Ltd as Custodian of HSBC No-Load Funds SICAV p.l.c is 4.628%.
