The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules

The Company hereby announces that the level of shareholding held in the Company by HSBC Bank Malta plc as Custodian of HSBC Malta Funds SICAV p.l.c. and HSBC No-Load Funds SICAV p.l.c has reduced from the 10.11% holding to below the 10% threshold.

Reference is made to the Company announcement issued on 15th May 2013 (TML01), whereby the shareholding percentage of HSBC Bank Malta plc as Custodian of HSBC Malta Funds SICAV p.l.c. and HSBC No-Load Funds SICAV p.l.c should have been disclosed at 10.11% instead of 8.51%.
