The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules

The Board of Directors of the Company has today met and approved the Financial Results of the Company for the period 1 January 2013 to 30 April 2013. In accordance with the commitment detailed in the Company's Prospectus dated 20th March 2013, the Board declared a final net payment of €174,946 to MIDI plc and Tigné Contracting Limited in respect of the profits generated prior to the Combined Offer for the said period.
