Discontinuation of Listing

The Company announces that the Malta Financial Services Authority has approved the application for the discontinuation of listing of all the Company's issued share capital on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange with effect from the 3 February 2025.

The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank all its shareholders for their support and for playing a crucial role in its success over the years.
