The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall p.l.c. (C 35139) (the "Company") in terms of Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority

Suspension of Trading

Reference is made to Company Announcement TML 138/2024 announcing that the Company had requested the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Malta Stock Exchange to suspend trading in Company shares to allow Marsamxett Properties Ltd (the "Offeror") exercise its right to require all the remaining shareholders of the Company to sell and transfer the remaining shares to the Offeror.

The Company hereby announces that trading in Company shares is being suspended with immediate effect.

The Company will keep the market informed in accordance with the Capital Market Rules.
