Composition of the Board and Audit Committee

Following the appointment of the Directors at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 June 2023, the Board is now composed of Mr. Joseph Zammit Tabona (Chairman), Ms Marzena Formosa, Mr Albert J. Frendo, Mr Etienne Sciberras and Ms Suzanne Stafrace. The Audit Committee is now composed of Mr Etienne Sciberras (Chairman), Ms Marzena Formosa and Ms Suzanne Stafrace.

Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces that Ms Daniela Fenech will be resigning from her post as Company Secretary with effect from the 1 July 2023. The Company thanks Ms Fenech for her outstanding service and commitment throughout the years.

The Board of Directors also announces the appointment of Dr Maria Formosa Bonello, residing at T8B2, Tigné Point, Sliema, Malta, as Company Secretary with effect from the 1 July 2023. Dr Formosa Bonello is a Senior Associate within the Corporate and Capital Markets practice at Mamo TCV Advocates.

There are no matters concerning Dr Formosa Bonello that require disclosure under Capital Markets Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
