The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Ms. Daniela Fenech has tendered her resignation as Company Secretary with effect from 1st January 2018. There are no circumstances pertaining to the resignation that warrant any disclosure.

Dr. Roderick Zammit Pace of 22, Triq il-Majjistral, Madliena, Swieqi will take over as Company Secretary of Tigné Mall plc as from 1st January 2018. Dr. Zammit Pace is a partner at Refalo & Zammit Pace Advocates, where he heads the firm's Corporate and Finance Law Practice Group. His areas of practice include financial services, company and commercial law. He has practised law for over 19 years having graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 1997 and Master of Laws from the University of London School of Economics and Political Science) in 1998 as a British Chevening Scholar.

There are no matters concerning Dr. Zammit Pace that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
