The following is a Company Announcement issued by Tigné Mall plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr Joseph Zammit Tabona (I.D. 191444M) of Casa Rohan, Sacred Heart Avenue, St. Julians, STJ1432, was appointed Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 27 March 2015.

Mr Zammit Tabona is a chartered accountant and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Institute of Taxation. He currently serves as Special Envoy to the Prime Minister of Malta for Investment Promotion. He has previously served as High Commissioner to the Court of St James, Malta's High Commissioner to the UK & Northern Ireland and Ambassador to the Republic of Ireland.

Mr Zammit Tabona is also chairman of the Valletta Cruise Port plc and a non-executive director of MedServ plc.

There is no further matter concerning Mr Zammit Tabona to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9
