Thunderstruck Update

January 23, 2024 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) confirms, further to its press releases dated July 18, 2023 and August 28, 2023 that is has discontinued its previously announced private placement (the “Financing”) as at September 25, 2023. The Company completed on July 7, 2023, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $80,499.90 through the sale 536,666 units at a price of $0.15 per unit.

The Company is reviewing its financing options and will provide a further update in due course.
