A total of $779,430.20 was raised in the Placement from the sale of 10,677,126 common shares at a price of $0.073 per share. All securities issued in the Placement are subject to a hold period in Canada expiring on February 7, 2026. A cash finder’s fee of $46,765.81 was paid to YBHE Consultants Ltd., an arm’s length third party.
