Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of TFP, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 May 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for a time extension of an additional 4 months until 15 October 2026 for the Company to implement and complete the Acquisition.
