We refer to the announcements made on 12 September 2025, 10 November 2025, 17 December 2025 and 23 December 2025 in relation to amongst others, the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 18 May 2026 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.02 per Placement Share ("Issue Price"). The Issue Price is based on the 5-day volume weighted average market price of TFP Shares up to and including 15 May 2026 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.02 per TFP Share. This announcement is dated 18 May 2026.
