TESMEC S.P.A.: CONFIRMATION OF THE SOLICITED RATING "A2.2" BY CERVED RATING AGENCY FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Grassobbio (Bergamo - Italy), 21 March 2016 – Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES), at the head of a group leader in the market of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and material, announced that Cerved Rating Agency, the Italian rating agency specialized in the credit rating assessment of non-financial businesses, confirmed the solicited rating "A2.2" - very high credit quality - of the company for the third consecutive year.

It is an important achievement for Tesmec Group since the rating "A2.2" corresponds to the fifth class of risk on a scale of 13 classes (from A1.1 to C2.1) and it is the result of an evaluation process which combines rigorous quantitative models of credit risk forecast and accurate qualitative studies of analysts, considering also the competitive positioning of the Company in the sector.

In particular, Cerved Rating Agency considers Tesmec as a Group characterized by a high capacity to meet its commitments and with a good overall balance.

The Chairman and CEO of Tesmec S.p.A., Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni, commented as follows: "We are very satisfied with the assessment that Cerved Rating Agency assigns us and with the achievement of this result for the third consecutive time, thanks to the excellent performances in recent years confirming the validity of the strategy of the Group: further strengthening in core business segments and development in new high technological sectors".
