BLAIR ATHOL RESULT – JULY 2021

TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or Company ) is pleased to provide shareholders with the following financial result for the Blair Athol operation for the month of July 2021.

The Operating EBITDA[1] from the Australian Business Unit for the month of July 2021 was A$13.6 million. The Operating EBITDA result was achieved from coal sales of 234,000 tonnes[2] which represents an operating cash margin of A$58 per tonne.

This announcement has been approved by the Board for release.
