Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

TerraCom Limited (ASX: TER) ( TerraCom ) advises that Mr Andrew Coles has been appointed as NonExecutive Chairman of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Coles was recently appointed as a Non-Executive Director of TerraCom, and will continue in that capacity alongside his role as Chairman.

The Board is reviewing its overall composition given the recent changes in directors.

This announcement is made in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 and has been approved by the Board for release.
